Let me show you the discovery menu of @casadelmarhotels where the 2 Michelin star chef 👨🏻🍳@bragagnolo.fabio , signs a Mediterranean cuisine that sublimates the products of the region but remains authentic👌🏼.
From left to the right 🍽 :
- Prawns Carpaccio semi-cooked, Meyer lemon, cauliflower and plancton.
- The Safran risotto, marrow bone, free range chicken oysters.
- The Corsican pork, rosted with Rosemary, carrots with chinotto, hazelnuts.
We couldn’t resist for some cheese of Corsica as well 😋.
The desserts by @claudio.pezzetti around the peach for me, and apple for my boyfriend, were so delicious.
