Always on the look-out for new trends and new spots in Paris, <\/b>I went to Brach 3 times, during its first month of opening.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Let’s begin with the decoration,\u00a0signed by Philippe\u00a0Stark<\/a>, which is both modern and contemporary at the same time.\u00a0 <\/span><\/b>However, this is intensified with the “boudoir” atmosphere, <\/b>with all the books on the shelves and the coffee tables which immediately trigger a warm atmosphere.<\/p>\n

The clientele is very diverse and paradoxically rather elderly, while the waiters are in jeans and sneakers, to give it a classy and accessible look.\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

With the Mediterranean cuisine of chef Adam Bentalha<\/b>\u00a0with Arabic flavors, it’s easy getting bewitched but one needs to make the right choices !<\/b><\/p>\n

I recommend:\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\u2013 In drinks Moscow Mule<\/b>\u00a0(my favorite cocktail) raspberry specially “Black Mule”<\/strong>. Pita bread with mozzarella and truffle<\/strong> complemented by black olives tapenade !<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 Starters\u00a0Crab cannelloni<\/b>\u00a0and Sea Bream tartare with avocado, carpaccio of scallops with truffle.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2013\u00a0 For main course:\u00a0Quinoa Tajine with vegetables<\/b>\u00a0(refined and light),\u00a0fish fettuccine <\/b>(and shell), chicken with greek sauce.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 For the dessert, and having tasted 4 (lemon tart, apple, coconut raspberry and layer cake), the only one, which was good and innovative, was the layered cake in honey and orange blossom.<\/b><\/p>\n
