Miami is one place I have always wanted to visit for a while now, but which hotel can one choose for the first time?<\/b><\/p>\n

I hesitated with 1 Hotel, Faena but also W <\/b>but <\/b>Miami Beach hotel Edition <\/i>caught my eye, <\/b>due to its location, its direct access to the sea but also because the hotel is much more “intimate”, <\/b>than other “resort” type hotels.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Refined and minimalist design, <\/b>soothing Latina music when one enters the hotel: an immediate change of scene!<\/p>\n

The rooms are spacious, modern, well-finished with tasteful furniture. The staff is pleasant and professional.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It’s such a delight to have the Matador restaurant <\/b>of the famous chef Jean-Georges, <\/b>in the hotel. Located on the beach, it’s possible to rent a “cabana” which will make your day!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We spent a very pleasant afternoon, sipping cocktails and coconut: the perfect set up for a wonderful day at the beach !<\/b><\/p>\n

The Bar & Courtyard au Setai<\/a>\u00a0: <\/strong>for a delicious Thai cuisine in a beautiful setting.<\/p>\n

\u2013\u00a0Matador<\/b><\/a>\u00a0of the famous chef Jean-Georges, who revisits Latin and Caribbean cuisine, along with his unequalled touch.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013\u00a0Juvia<\/b>\u00a0<\/b><\/a>to dine at a trendy rooftop, with music and Japanese food.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013\u00a0The<\/b>\u00a0Lido Bayside Grill,<\/b><\/a>\u00a0in the Standard hotel, to have lunch with a stunning view of the bay.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013\u00a0Cecconis<\/b><\/a>\u00a0 is as good as the one in London, even if the decor is different: simply adapted to the local style. One has the impression of having lunch in a patio, in the middle of a jungle.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013\u00a0La Mar<\/b><\/a>\u00a0, at the Mandarin Oriental hotel, of the famous Peruvian chef, Gaston Acurio: located in Downtown Miami on a little island, offering a view of the city’s “skyline”.<\/p>\n
