If there is a \u201ctraditional\u201d restaurant<\/strong> where I enjoy going to regularly, it has to be Atelier by Jo\u00ebl Robuchon<\/strong>. The chef has now put down roots in history,<\/strong> but his restaurants still keep up with the times!<\/p>\n

The two Parisian restaurants, Atelier Etoile<\/strong>, located in the 8th\u00a0<\/sup>direct (1 star) and Atelier \u00a0Saint-Germain by Jo\u00ebl Robuchon\u00a0(2 stars), offer a modern, elegant and refined decor<\/strong>, but is never ostentatious. It doesn\u2019t surpass the dishes, but is present as a witness.<\/p>\n

According to me, it\u2019s the best French gastronomy,<\/strong> which is revisited but executed in a great manner.\u00a0When it comes to the aesthetic side of the dishes, there is no exception. The dishes are signed Bernardaud<\/strong><\/a>, they are chosen with great care, to tell the tale of each meal.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The concept of these Ateliers<\/strong> is to eat on the counter<\/strong> \u201caround the kitchen\u201d, which makes the experience all the more entertaining and warmer. This gastronomic show is a feast which revolves around the symphony of flavors<\/strong>, which are carefully prepared, before our eyes.<\/p>\n

\"Atelier<\/p>\n

An enriching menu with about sixty references,<\/strong> the best and the most gourmet ones. The wisest option is to order little portions and share through the Degustation menu,<\/strong> the black cod, burger, scampi, king crab, egg, bar ceviche\u2026. everything is delicious at the Atelier, not to mention exquisite!<\/strong><\/p>\n

But if you feel like sharing a dish,<\/strong> suckling lamb chops are delicious, and you\u2019ll be enchanted by the smoothness of the famous mash!<\/p>\n

As for the desserts, the title of the menu explains it well, known as the \u201cgrand finale\u201d!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Whether it\u2019s peach in a crunchy haven, chocolate temptation, coconut and its crystalized juice at -200\u00b0C, or even the sudachi froth in its fine shell. It is definitely an explosion of flavors!<\/strong><\/p>\n

One also appreciates the choice of seasonal and local market products! The chefs Axel Manes<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\/\u00a0Attilio Marrazzo<\/strong><\/a> ( Atelier Saint-Germain) and\u00a0\u00c9ric Bouchenoire<\/strong><\/a> \/ Thierry Karakachian<\/strong><\/a> (Atelier \u00c9toile) hold all the cards in their hands, to make these two best Ateliers, long lasting!<\/p>\n
