It’s time to share with you my new recommendations for Saint-Tropez and its surroundings.<\/strong><\/p>\n

With all the new beach restaurants that opened this year, here are my favorites.<\/p>\n

Festive beaches:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gigi<\/strong><\/a>
\nThe beach everyone has been talking about this summer is Gigi<\/strong>. It’s a beach house hidden under a pine forest that the Paris Society group has transformed into a restaurant, with a pool, a petanque court, a club for kids…<\/strong><\/p>\n

It features classic Italian cuisine as well as must-try Mediterranean dishes.<\/strong> And I can tell you that the food is really delicious!<\/strong><\/p>\n

I loved the arancini with truffles,<\/strong> the tuna carpaccio<\/strong>, the vitello tonnato,<\/strong> the zucchini flowers<\/strong> and the lobster pasta.<\/strong> And to finish it all off with the frosted fruits and tiramisu<\/strong> are the perfect combo.<\/p>\n

Bagatelle<\/strong><\/a>
\nI fell in love with the quality of the food at Bagatelle Beach,<\/strong> whose kitchens are now supervised by Rocco Seminara<\/strong> <\/a>(former chef of the Byblos) and Manon Santini<\/strong><\/a> (she won the world cup for the best dessert pizza).<\/p>\n

You can order absolutely everything with your eyes closed. Pizza and ravioli with truffles, marinated cockles, prime rib, sea bass, chocolate pizza<\/strong>. You can go there at the first service to have a quiet lunch or at the second service to have a party as a bonus.<\/p>\n

Club Les Palmiers<\/strong><\/a>
\nThe most uspcale of the hippie chic beaches. This is the beach where I ate the most this year and I was never disappointed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I love to eat the sea bass ceviche, the beef filet<\/strong> (well done for me) with pepper sauce<\/strong> (the mashed potatoes and fries are crazy too). The whole sea bream in carpaccio\/ceviche is a must have.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The raw lobster in carpaccio, the coconut and lime cream,\u00a0everything is delicious!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Casa Amor<\/strong><\/a>
\nCasa Amor (Moma Group) is the most festive Mexican beach <\/strong>this year where all the clientele of Tulum\/Mykonos meet<\/strong><\/p>\n

And we thank Chef Akrame<\/strong> who signed the menu that makes us travel. If you are tired of eating the same thing on the beach, the bohemian cuisine of Casa Amor is for you.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We love the green salmon tartare<\/strong>, the sea bream tiradito<\/strong>, the crispy quinoa<\/strong>, the beef tacos<\/strong>, the roasted mini cauliflowers.<\/strong>Come to the first course to enjoy the Bossa Nova band.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And stay for the second course to party in the “Alemagou”<\/strong> spirit.<\/p>\n

\nWe love the Mykonos-inspired atmosphere and the delicious cuisine of the greek chef,\u00a0Yiannis Kioroglou<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A cuisine of sharing where we fall for the filo feta, black sesame and honey,<\/strong> the spicy grilled beef,<\/strong> the marinated prawns<\/strong>, and for dessert the crispy crepe with custard and cinnamon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Jardin Tropezina<\/a>:<\/strong>
\nJardin Tropezina is really the beach where we enjoy going every day<\/strong>. The view is sublime, you can go for lunch or dinner (very romantic with a band), and enjoy the sunbeds for the day.\u00a0\u00a0We come there for a romantic moment or with our family.<\/strong> Of course, the food is delicious, devil’s avocado, yellowtail, gamberoni carpaccio with caviar, fish to share.<\/p>\n

Ps: I’m also a big fan of their roasted chicken with truffles!<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nI still love this 5* beach of the hotel La R\u00e9serve.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A refine and authentic decoration signed by Philippe Starck.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We love the cuisine made by the chef \u00c9ric Canino<\/a>\u00a0. Rigatoni with black truffle,<\/strong> the guacamole made in front of our eyes<\/strong>, the zucchini flowers,<\/strong> the sea bream ceviche with black truffle<\/strong>, the huge Milanese escalope<\/strong> and their impressive rum baba<\/strong> for 2\/3 persons.<\/p>\n

\nThis is the simplest and most chic beach<\/strong> at the same time. I have never seen so many celebrities who love this discreet and not at all ostentatious.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We come here to eat with our feet in the water<\/strong> and to enjoy \u00a0a family cuisine.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I love having their salmon tartar, sharing a fish, their risotto, pasta bolognese<\/strong> or their burger<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Ps: I heard that the pizzeria upstairs is very good too.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ambiance familiale<\/strong> la journ\u00e9e, ils ont chang\u00e9 de chef et la nourriture y est tr\u00e8s bonne<\/strong> et les prix restent corrects par rapport \u00e0 certaines plages.<\/p>\n

Je vous recommande les ceviches, <\/strong>les gambineros,<\/strong> les gambas<\/strong> en tempura avec la sauce \u00e9pic\u00e9e, la salade de concombre. Tout est bon!<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nWe go there for this iconic place, the ambiance but not to eat well unfortunately.<\/strong>\u00a0We still like their baskets of raw vegetables served with an anchovy sauce.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Best to go in low season to avoid the crowd.<\/p>\n

\nThis is the new beach of the Lily of The Valley hotel<\/strong> in La Croix Valmer.<\/p>\n

Unique terrace decorated by Philippe Starck<\/strong> on the waterfront of Gigaro beach. The chef Vincent Maillard<\/a><\/strong> charms us immediately with his traditional Italian cuisine.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We fell in love with the fried calamari with a\u00efoli<\/strong>, the yellowtail crudo<\/strong> (vegetables marinated in lemon and mint), and the Albufera chicken fillet<\/strong> (stuffed with truffle), with the Pensato linguine.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
