Meg\u00e8ve, the trendiest resort of the moment<\/strong>, deserves the highest praise for the restaurants that have almost all opened at the same time!<\/p>\n

So where to go out in Meg\u00e8ve<\/strong> when you come for the weekend?<\/p>\n

It’s hard to do everything in such a short time, that’s why I share with you my recommendations.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I still have a few places to do so I will add to this article throughout the season \ud83d\ude09 .<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The most beautiful places in altitude<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

L\u2019Id\u00e9al 1850<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

The most beautiful terrace of Meg\u00e8ve<\/strong>, we eat well there but we come especially to take advantage of this panoramic view<\/strong>. It’s hard to resist the truffle pizza<\/strong> for the aperitif.<\/p>\n

I recommend you when there is the shucker, to take the oysters and the crab,<\/strong> it is divine. (You can come as a pedestrian).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Le Chalet Sauvage\u00a0<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

This is really my favorite spot to eat and party at altitude<\/strong>. The kitchen is signed by \u00c9ric Fr\u00e9chon<\/strong>, and everything is really excellent!<\/strong> The best Croque-Monsieur with truffles is here! We love the snails with pesto<\/strong>, the gambas in tempura, the beef filet with pepper sauce, the beef rib, the cromesquis with reblochon cheese, and the Mont-Blanc<\/strong> for dessert! The prices are high but it’s really worth it!<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is also accessible for pedestrians<\/strong> by the Mont d’Arbois and Princesse gondolas. Don’t forget to bring good walking shoes, the way back up is not easy.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Le Tigrr<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Nice place at 1400 meters of altitude,<\/strong> the Tigrr<\/strong> has replaced the Caf\u00e9 Woody and proposes an Asian menu<\/strong> with a nice decoration (and reasonable prices).<\/p>\n

It’s good to have a change of food.<\/strong> I recommend the vegetable steams, the green curry chicken, pork ribs, shabu-shabu<\/strong>\u00a0and the chocolate egg rolls<\/strong>. (You can come as a pedestrian).<\/p>\n

Super Meg\u00e8ve<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Another place that’s just as good in price with a great view is the Super Meg\u00e8ve.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I love to eat their Angus beef rib and the Kobe beef<\/strong> with the potatoes is perfect.<\/p>\n

The tarte tatin for dessert<\/strong> is also very good. (You can come as a pedestrian).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

L’Alpette<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

L’Alpette has been taken over by Annie from Super Meg\u00e8ve and I advise you to book the terrace upstairs, the view is sublime and the menu is not bad at all! I recommend the crab and crab in remoulade, the poke bowl, the tuna mi-cuit.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

La Fruiti\u00e8re & La Folie Douce<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Ideal for eating well and partying (only for skiers).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Chalet Lupo<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Superb discovery of the Chalet Lupo<\/strong> which has been taken over. The menu is Italian<\/strong> and the location is sublime<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

We love the artichokes fried with lemon<\/strong>, the home-made taglionis<\/strong> with porcini mushrooms, the orecchiette<\/strong> with artichokes and lemon, the melting Milanese escalope. For the desserts, the tarte tatin<\/strong> and the tiramisu<\/strong> are delicious.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Le tremplin de la Croix<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

This is the hidden spot in Saint-Gervais<\/strong> where you can eat simple and tasty food<\/strong> with an incredible view on the Mont-Blanc and especially at a lower price! Remember to book outside as it is noisy and crowded inside. (Access only for skiers).<\/p>\n

Chalet Le Forestier<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

A charming and authentic restaurant<\/strong> with reasonable prices and good comfort food by chef Emmanuel Renaut<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

I recommend the tartiflette with reblochon, the coquillettes with ham and truffle, the pasta with deer bolognese<\/strong> and the Mont-Blanc<\/strong> for dessert. (Access only for skiers or courageous people who come with snowshoes).<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The\u00a0atmospheric restaurants for dinner<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Kinugawa<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

My first favorite<\/strong> that was really missing in Meg\u00e8ve, Kinugawa<\/strong>. The decor is beautiful<\/strong>, the sushi delicious<\/strong>, and the second course is perfect when the DJ touches the turntables to make us feel during the dinner.<\/strong> I’m still a fan of their crunchy salmon\/tuna patties <\/strong>with white truffle tarama. But also the fatty tuna sushi<\/strong> and the half-cooked salmon californias<\/strong> with ponzu sauce.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Le Piaf<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Fan of the Piaf in Meg\u00e8ve,<\/strong> with a pianist, a singer<\/strong> and a very good acoustic sound, we can hear each other talking during the dinner and it’s really nice.<\/strong> About the music, there is something for all tastes, the restaurant turns into a real dancing restaurant<\/strong>. As for the menu, I recommend the scallop carpaccio with truffle,<\/strong> the truffle croque-monsieur<\/strong> and the choux filled with ice cream<\/strong> to dip in chocolate as well as the chouquettes with cream.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/strong>Le Chacha<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

The restaurant and bar<\/strong> with a live band every night<\/strong> from 6pm to 2am.<\/p>\n

A tempting menu signed by\u00a0Emmanuel Renaut<\/strong>, you will find local dishes but also some unavoidable ones.<\/p>\n
