- Ingredients for 2 persons :
-2 fennels ,
-Black rice 20g ,
-Kumquat 4 pieces ,
-2 lemons bergamot or citron
-Fig paste or quince (at a good cheese maker)
-1 piece of dried fig.
-Olive oil (@maisonpensato )
– Lovage (wild celery branch) . -Vegetable broth 20 cl .
-Bronze fennel (optional) or dill
– Turmeric
