Presentation and tasting of the log of the pastry chef of the Hotel Lutetia, Nicolas Guercio. His Yule log was imagined in the shape of a shoe, in reference to the famous French Christmas song “N’oublie pas mon petit soulier”.
A delicious tangerine log, chocolate, gluten-free cocoa cookie, tangerine crunch, tangerine jelly, chocolate mousse, tangerine cream and tangerine mousse, and gluten-free!
I was so smitten that it was a no-brainer to order it for Christmas 😉
