Ingredients for 4 People:
Zucchini flowers: 12 pieces
Green zucchini: 1 piece
Feta cheese 100 gr
Morels 4/5 per person
Pine nuts 60 gr
Green asparagus : 2 bunches
Wild asparagus : 1 bunch
Yellow wine 15 cl
Peppered ventrèche : 8 very thin slices
Poultry juice 20 cl
Shallot 1 piece
Garlic 1 clove
Thyme 3 branches
Pansy flowers: 1 tray
Olive oil 10 cl
Butter 50 gr
Liquid cream 15 cl
Salt / Pepper
