A gastronomic recipe, delicious and original!

  • Recipe for 2:
    – 12 large morels (fresh or dehydrated)
    – 100g chicken breast
    – 50g full cream
    – 4/6 green asparagus
    – 1 chopped shallot
    – 50g of butter
    – 1 lemon (zest)
    – 1 dl of white wine
    – 200g whipped cream
    – 6 wild garlic leaves
    – salt and pepper
