• Ingredients for 4 people:
  – 4 eggplants
  – 10 cooked cherry tomatoes
  – 2 bunches of parsley
  – 2 bunches of coriander
  – 4 cloves of garlic
  – Cumin
  – Paprika
  – Espelette flakes
  – 12cl of olive oil
  – Yellow lemon
  – Amlou
  – Various flowers
